Hello!
School is finally out, and we’re ready to get our summer on around here! I’m overdue in posting some recent client revamps, so let’s take a peek at my latest project, shall we?
This is an oak kitchen that needed a little love. Here it is before I got to work:
And now:
What a difference, right? I painted the walls as well, and I’m really loving the color. It’s called Pavestone by Sherwin Williams (color matched to Benjamin Moore Aura paint).
If that black island color looks familiar, it’s because it’s the same custom color I used on our vanity in our master bathroom:
The kitchen was lacking hardware, so thanks to D. Lawless Hardware, we added some pretty brushed nickel pulls and knobs, and also swapped out the hinges for new ones.
I also gave the bathroom a little facelift as well.

If you’re in the Dayton/Cincinnati area, and don’t want to tackle your kitchen yourself, give me a shout (jenny.williamson7(at)gmail.com).
Have a great day!

June 8, 2015 at 1:00 pmThat was a big job but it looks very fresh and updated now! I would love to do something like this for someone as I am running out of rooms to paint at both our home and my sister's home 😉

June 8, 2015 at 11:26 pmLove the fresher look. White is so in right now. I only wish you would have done the light box on the ceiling as well as the toe kick. I feel they both look "off" to me.

June 25, 2015 at 6:36 pmThe Homearama shows around here have turned into "scattered site" or "touring" style events. Meaning, the homes aren't all located in one place! I'm still hoping to catch some, but it's a real bummer that they're using this format – a lot harder to see all of them!
